All data processed through Vela remains exclusively within the European Union.

When you use Vela, you benefit from the full protection of EU data protection laws, including GDPR.

Description of Service

Vela is an AI-powered customer support platform that enables businesses to create, train, and deploy intelligent chatbots. Our service includes:

  • AI agent creation and customization
  • Knowledge base management
  • Multi-channel integration (website, messaging platforms)
  • Conversation analytics and insights
  • Team collaboration tools

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to use our service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content

Knowledge Base & Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Vela. By uploading content, you grant us license to process it to provide our services. You represent that you have the right to share any content uploaded to our platform.

Payment & Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Intellectual Property

Vela and its underlying technology, features, and content are proprietary to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE.

Indemnification
